Sourdough Focaccia Pizza
₱460Slow-fermented focaccia baked in an aluminum tray — blistered crust, roasted tomatoes, and melty cheese ready to heat and share.

We keep a house sourdough starter fed by hand, mix it with sea salt and quality flour, and let every batch ferment for a full 36 hours before it sees the oven. We bake in quantities small enough that each loaf gets our attention. Nothing is rushed to fill a shelf.
Our workshops walk you through mixing, shaping, and scoring sourdough one-on-one or as a duo. You leave with loaves you shaped yourself, our house starter to take home, and techniques you can repeat in your own kitchen.

Every loaf ferments for 36 hours using a wild yeast starter we maintain by hand — no commercial yeast, no dough conditioners. Long fermentation develops deeper flavor and makes the bread easier to digest than quick-rise bread.

Short notes from pickup customers and workshop guests across Santa Rosa and Laguna.

The Caprese focaccia arrives exactly as described — heavy, fragrant, and still warm at pickup. Ordering 48 hours ahead is worth every minute of the wait.

Best multiseed sourdough I've found near Nuvali. You can taste the long ferment — open crumb, real crunch, and none of that one-note tang.

The jalapeño cheddar loaf is worth the preorder wait — sharp, savory, and still soft inside. We pick up every other Sunday now.

The workshop left me with loaves I shaped myself and a starter I still feed every week. Patient instruction, small kitchen, no rushing the process.
